Boulangerie Victor Hugo was selected to feature in the October issue of French trade magazine 'Questions Boulange'.

This included a 9-page spread in the magazine and a front cover. In order to qualify as a boulangerie in France, a baker has to make the bread from flour in-house. It is a legal requirement. This requirement teamed with the Boulangerie Victor Hugo's high quality and varied products, ensured them the privelege of being featured in a magazine highly regarded among fellow French Boulangerie's.
