You are most welcome to eat in at any one of our retail outlets. Our main Salon de Thé is located at The Longstore just on the outskirts of St Peter Port, a 10 minute stroll from the main town centre.

Our New Road shop just off The Bridge has been redesigned to make eating in an enjoyable experience. There's a comfortable sofa and some traditional furniture to make you feel at home.

The Pollet shop is a bit more limited for space but there are seats available for a quick sit down while you enjoy a drink and a bite to eat.

Sir Fabian Malbon visited the Boulangerie Victor Hugo to see how traditional French bread was made locally in Guernsey. As you can see from the pictures below he even got in on the act himself and made some French bread, and it turned out great!

The Boulangerie Victor Hugo brings you a walk-through style video that allows you to experience the sights and sounds of Guernsey's finest boulangerie. The video includes a tour of our authentic salon de thé and a behind-the-scenes look into the work that goes on in the kitchen, plus a look at some of the delicious food we provide.
